Echon AI LLC ("Echon," "we," "us") is an implementation agency that builds and runs revenue infrastructure for home service and trades businesses — automated messaging built on top of your CRM so no lead, customer, or booking falls through the cracks. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email soren@echon.io.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, business name, business phone number, and business address when you sign up for the Service.
• Your customer data — through the CRM integration you authorize, we access the contact and job information needed to run your automations: your customers' names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment or job details, and job status. We use this only to send the automated messages described in your service (missed-call replies, booking confirmations, status updates, review requests, and reactivation reminders) on your behalf.
• Message content and delivery data — the text messages sent and received through the Service, and delivery/response data such as whether a message was delivered, replied to, or led to a booking or review.
• Business configuration — the services, pricing notes, business hours, and branding details you provide to configure your automations.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as log data when you interact with us or our systems.

2. How we use information

• To send automated texts on your behalf: missed-call and lead replies, booking confirmations and reminders, in-progress status updates, post-visit review requests, and reactivation/maintenance reminders.
• To build the before-and-after reporting on reviews, no-show rate, and missed-call volume included in the Service.
• To provide customer support, billing, and service communications.
• To monitor, fix, and improve the reliability and accuracy of the automations.

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. CRM and calendar integrations (including Google user data)

The Service connects to the CRM (and, where applicable, calendar) you already use. We access only what's needed to run your automations — for example, reading job or appointment status to trigger a message, or reading calendar availability to confirm a booking. We do not share this data with third parties, sell it, or use it for advertising. Connection credentials (such as API keys or OAuth tokens) are stored encrypted. You can revoke Echon's access to a connected account at any time from that provider's own permissions settings or by disconnecting the integration through us, after which we delete the associated credentials.

Where a connected integration uses Google APIs (for example, Google Calendar), Echon's use and transfer of information received from those APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can also manage Echon's access from your Google Account permissions page.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate Echon, each of which processes data only as needed to provide the Service: cloud hosting and database providers, SMS and messaging delivery providers, CRM and calendar platforms you connect, and a payment processor for billing. We do not permit these providers to use your data for their own purposes.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain your business data and message history for as long as your Service is active so your history remains available to you. If you cancel the Service, or if you email us a deletion request at soren@echon.io, we will delete your account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

Your data is stored with access controls that isolate each business's workspace, and sensitive credentials such as API keys and OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we design the Service so that only you and your team can access your business's data.

7. Your rights and choices

• You can access, correct, or export your business data by emailing us.
• You can pause or disable specific automated messages in your settings.
• You can disconnect integrations, including your CRM or Google Calendar, at any time.
• You can request deletion of your data as described above.

8. Children

Echon is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email before the changes take effect and update the date at the top of this page.
